This design is light &
delicate enough to stitch on organdy stabilized with our WonderSolve!
The underlay is sufficient to support the design on the lightest
of fabric. Although this looks much like a free standing lace
design, I do not recommend using it as such.
There are 13 design files, including the full frame [as shown]
to sized for 5x7 or larger stitch areas. I have also split the full
frame into 3 parts to stitch in a 4x4 stitch area with multiple
hoopings.
I have stitched it on the lower part of a blouse using a sheet
of organdy under just the center of the frame, as appliqué. This
would look beautiful on a towel using the organdy or satin as the
appliqué fabric. Wouldn't this make a lovely book or picture album
cover? I'm sure you will find any number of ways to use this beauty!
