FOR MEMORIAL DONATION CAMPAIGN

Thread Artist is continuing our effort to aid the victims of
Sept. 11 attack on our country, So we are taking the following
steps to benefit all Americans:
1] We will be purchasing as many American made products from
our suppliers as we can. This includes office supplies and products
for resale to our customers.
2] As you may know, Thread Artist ran a donation campaign for
the various relief funds for the victims of the Sept. 11 attack,
and yours and our contributions totaled over $5,000.00 and
more are being sent. Also a lot of people have sent in donations
from money that they collected by using our designs in their
own way to get others to donate.
2] The 16 American Tribute free design page will now be accessible
only by our receiving a donation receipt of $15. When the receipt
is forwarded to us, we will send you the link to download the
designs. Further, we ask that the 24,000+ people who have
already downloaded the designs at no cost, make a donation as
well. This will be on the honor system. If you wish your donation
amount to be reflected in next weeks total, just forward
us the receipt - we'll gladly add it in! If I had thought of
this earlier, the 24,000+ downloads, @ $15 each, you would
have sent $360,000.00 into those relief funds. We know that
you have big hearts - it's time to show the world !
Although it's the last thought we all have right
now, remember that all your donations are tax deductible - keep
those receipts!
We ask that you forward a copy of your donation receipt
to us, regardless of which item/s you purchased, More info on
this below. This will enable us to give you a accurate
report as to the total amount of donations that were received
due to our joint efforts! Let's show the home embroidery world
has a big heart !
Keep up the American spirit by helping all American companies
to keep our economy secure, as our President has asked.

but saddened country ! Let's all prove what a strong spirit
Americans have. Let's work together to show that embroiders

HOW TO MAKE YOUR DONATION & SEND
PROOF:
Since we have asked for proof of your donation to receive these items with
discounted prices, we have tried to make the process as easy for you as
possible.
HOW TO DONATE:
1] Go to http://www.helping.org and
choose the relief fund of your choice.
2] Click on the blue link "Donate Now" under the benefit of your choice.
3] You will find a full explanation of the benefit you selected. If you
feel this is not the one you wanted to choose, simply use the "Back" key
to select another.
4] To go to the page to give your credit card information, click on the
box in the upper right corner of your page that states: "Click here to DONATE
NOW"
5] Fill in your information as the spaces indicate. One of the questions
asked when submitting your donation is: whose name you would like the donation
made in. It may be anyone of your choosing OR Thread Artist Design.
6] Review all the information to make sure it is correct.
7] Click the "Next" button.
8] You will be able to review your information again and edit, if necessary.
9] Click the "Submit" button.
HOW TO SEND PROOF OF DONATION
Once you have submitted your donation, you will see an "Approved" page shortly
with all your information on it. You can Print this page and / or easily
send us a copy if you have MS internet explorer browser - just do the following:
1] Do Not leave the "Approved" page showing your donation.
2] While still on that page go to "File", in the upper left corner of your
toolbar.
3] Select the "Send" option.
4] Send to: sandy@threadartist.com
You will also receive an e-mail with a subject line of "Thanks you for your
donation through Helping.org!". This may be forwarded to sandy@threadartist.com
instead of the actual web page. Either is acceptable to us.

events of September 11, 2001, a date none of us will soon forget.

Please Read Carefully Before Ordering!
We have tried to make this week of special pricing and donations as easy
as possible. We ask that you read the instructions carefully before submitting
an order for any of the discounted item/s that have been chosen for this
memorial donation campaign.
There are special pages for ordering the design sets, Embroidery Magic and
the EM tutorial. All are clearly marked. Any of these discounted items MUST
be ordered from these special pages to receive the discounted prices.
The link button to the donation page/s will be at the BOTTOM of each special
page.
IMPORTANT:
Given the nature of this campaign to help raise money for the victims of
the attack, we know that the majority of you would
never take advantage of this campaign for your personal gain. Unfortunately,
there are some who would. Therefore, we ask that you send proof of your
donation before we send your order. If we do not receive the proof of a
donation, the item/s WILL NOT be sent at the discounted pricing. You will
be asked to pay the regular price or we will cancel those orders.
If you leave the special discounted site page to view further product information
on design sets, Embroidery Magic or the
tutorial, please be sure to return to the discount purchase page BEFORE
entering your order. If you fail to return to the correct discount page
to order, you will be charged the regular price on these items through the
automated shopping cart.
Due to the amount of work a mistake would entail, Thread
Artist WILL NOT change, cancel or give credits on orders entered in error
from the wrong page under any circumstances. We thank you for your cooperation,

designs files so that you can use them today. All of our embroidery patterns
are artistically digitized with details for realism to try to capture the
unique life-like beauty of nature in thread.
So you can see some of the possibilities we have some
embroidery designs projects for you to see. Many of the projects on our
embroidery designs projects pages have been sewn by our customers. Many
of our embroidery designs are offered as single embroidery designs patterns.
Now you can select just your favorite designs and download them in your
embroidery machine format and begin sewing in just minutes. These designs
will sew out with very few jump stitches for quick, easy sewing. We have
