Embroidery "Thread Twister" thread stand
We have a completely new way to stitch, It's great for embroidery, decorative and top stitching. Our new technique gives your work a dimensional and natural look.
Here's how it works - Think about this - Most things aren't one solid with-out shading or texture - so if we use just one shade of green for grass, red for feathers or white for clouds - we get a not so realistic look, because most natural things aren't just one color or shade. So when we use one solid color to stitch our designs, they can't look natural.
Our method can even add "dimension" to your designs - by using 2 shades that are nearly the same shade - you can achieve a dimensional realistic look. This works even for red bricks, a black dog, or even white snow.
Our method blends or twists two threads together so you can get just the look you want - natural - dimensional - & distinctive. You now will have unlimited color choices and save money by using the thread you have on hand instead of buying the pre-blended thread. It costs about the same as 4 or 5 spools of pre-twisted thread. It works well with with most brands of thread, but we prefer the finished look of a 40 weight polyester embroidery thread -
This thread stand works great as a regular thread stand for embroidery and sewing.
