Fall & Winter Reversible quilted* table runner
(*quilting is optional)
I know that many of you are raring to go
with Class #4 - I apologize that it's taken me a bit to get this organized!
This will probably be the last class for 2002 as the holidays are upon nearly us
already! If we do decide to attempt something else, it will be quick & easy,
but no promises at this point!
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
This class will focus on stabilizing, embroidering on 2 sides, with
placement essential to the optional quilting, and finishing a reversible item using
your edge finishing choice. Some sewing skills are required. Instructions
do not include some specialty sewing techniques such as applying bias tape, piping,
lace, etc.
This class will not be on a schedule
as we had a hard time setting a start date last time, therefore we will try a less
formal method to see which works best for everyone's schedule due to the fact that
all of us not together as a typical class. You may start on your class project any
time you wish! There won't be formal instructions, the detailed 5 page instructions
for making the table runner are included in the kit.
If you need help, just post to the "Embroidery Projects" list.
I, or someone else qualified, will answer your questions as soon as possible.
You will be signed up to the EP list [by us] when your kit is mailed. You
will receive a notice when I have subscribed you & may begin posting any time after
that.

determine the width--cover center 1/3 of table--& length desired]
--tailor's chalk
--regular sewing thread
--needles
--Warm 'n Natural batting or other fill material,
--scissors
--bias binding [you make from fabric or packaged]
--optional: piping or lace [amount depends on your finished runner
measurements]
8.5 oz. 505 spray adhesive [add $12 to kit total]
