We asked customers for their preference of learning style that
they want in software tutorial. The majority asked for
a printed book of text instructions in easy to understand language
and color images. The majority of you answered that they
did not want videos as they have found them more difficult
to follow with both a tutorial & program opened on their screens
at the same time!

each individual can schedule the time to learn! We believe
that you can be digitizing and personalizing your embroidery
with lettering in far less time than trying to learn the program
