Embroidery Designs Stabilizer Lessons

This machine embroidery designs stabilizer lesson is quite simple - attach the stabilizer to the material that you are going to embroider.  Otherwise it does no good.  Stabilizer or backing can be attached in many ways, but fusing it on is probably the best, and this takes a fusible stabilizer, of course.

The type of material and the design itself are the main factors in choosing the best type of stabilizer to use.  There are many things to consider when making this choice, however it is best to make a test sewing to assure the best results.  More than one test stitching may be necessary, as it is always best to test sew until you get it right.

If your first test stitching does not turn out good, sections don't line up or outlines are off, or other problems and you need to determine if it is your stabilizer choice or the methods that you are using or if it is the design itself that is the source of the problems - We have a method for testing exactly this -  Click this link > embroidery designs test .
